Toning and strengthening your muscles in a fun and frolic way trampoline is the only solution. Many people are opting for trampoline exercises in France, as the only mode of workout. In this process, abdominal muscles get tucked in to engage the core. Popularly this very process is known as the “knees to chest” exercise.

Some popular forms of exercise in rebounding are as follows:

Planks: - The heavy-duty and sturdy frame of the trampoline gives strong support in planks. One can do side planks using elbows also. Or you can do the reverse version by using your feet. Many other forms can be done using a trampoline, like toe tucking and doing push-ups. And maintain the backbone in a sleeping line for core and perfectness.

Crunches: - For crunches, one should lie down flat on the rebounder with feet down with hips apart. Lift your upper body while breathing out and keeping your hand behind your head or at the side whichever is easy. Stay in the position for a minute and then back to start. But the most important thing is the neck and head must be relaxed and not take much strain.

AIR BIKE: - Just like the crunches lie back on the trampoline and keep your arms behind the head try cross crunches and try to touch your elbow with your knees. Repeat with both hands and experience the stretches and crunches in the abdominal area. It is the best exercise for any beginner.

Twist and Turn: - twist and turn may look simple and easy, but it engages core muscles and motor skills. Jump or bounce a little high and tap with rotating right feet outwards, and repeat the same for left feet.

Thus, so many other forms of trampoline exercises in France, that encourage a healthy lifestyle in active and attractive ways to stay fit and fine.
